BROOKS BOWER - CHAIRMAN/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Brooks graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1974 with a bachelor of science in printing. From there, he's only expanded on what he learned in the classroom. His leadership at Papercone® has brought about consumer-centric ideas that not only revolutionized the document-handling industry, but also steered Papercone toward becoming the largest company of its kind in the U.S.

As Papercone's CEO, Brooks is deeply involved in civic nonprofit ventures, which include the Envelope Manufacturers Association and Foundation (EMA), Walden School, The Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Kentucky Derby Museum Foundation.

Brooks and his wife live in Louisville and travel extensively for business and pleasure.

JIM BEARD - PRESIDENT

Jim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1983 with a degree in advertising. Upon graduation, he began his career at Ernest and Julio Gallo Winery. He worked there for five years until he moved to Papercone® in 1988, where his unique background has served him well.

As Jim advanced within the Papercone hierarchy, he took pride in the company's accomplishments and growth. Outside of Papercone, Jim serves on the board of directors for The Cabbage Patch Settlement House and for the Envelope Manufacturers Association.

Jim is an avid Tennessee Volunteers fan and enjoys cheering them on with the help of his wife Marybeth and two sons.

HUNTER WILSON - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

After graduating from Wittenberg University in 1987 and going straight into sales with Kraft Foods, Hunter likes to joke that he cut his teeth in business selling cheese and mayonnaise. After working as a national sales rep for two years, he decided it was time to move on. In 1989, Hunter began working for Papercone® and led an expansion of its sales force for each year of his employment there.

Hunter's social and civic pride comes through in his leadership roles and responsibilities outside of his work for Papercone. He is active on several EMA committees, is a former president of the Pendennis Club, and current chairman of the Louisville Chapter of The Salvation Army.
